Volunteer Siem Reap – always wanted to help people in Cambodia? We are seeking beauty and relaxation industry volunteers for 10-day to 2-month programs to give skills training and mentorship in different areas. Duration will be by discussion and suited to the volunteers.

Sugar Spa is a social venture offering quality technical & natural luxury salon and spa services in the heart of Siem Reap, Cambodia. One of our main aim is empowering local women. We partnered with a local NGOs, as we provide vulnerable women employment, a safe environment and fair wages.

International volunteer educators, spa & beauty experts, can give high quality trainings and work directly with our staff to help them further their skills.

  • Eyelash and eyebrow tinting
  • Micro-blading
  • Skincare including microdermabrasion and facials
  • Massage and circulation
  • Makeup artistry
  • Wash & style hairdressing trainer
  • Nail art and gel nail polishes
  • IPL and other hair removal
  • English classes
  • Spa standard training

We are looking for a spa & beauty experts. Volunteer trainers who would like to support our project and spend some time in Siem Reap, our stunning chilled-vibe temple town.

The ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience, with specialisations in massage, skincare, lashes and make up highly desired; he/she will help us training and supervising our staff.

As our Beauty and Spa Trainer we ask you to help us for about 4-5h a day 5 days a week. In exchange we offer 2 nourishing meals a day, a private accommodation with private bathroom in our lovely partner Guesthouse.

During time off: unlimited access to the yoga classes and free spa treatments from the training staff, free use of bicycle, saltwater swimming pool.

We look ideally for minimum 2 months commitment (but we are open discuss it).
We do not cover visa, flight expenses, medical insurance etc.

We are looking for someone open minded, outgoing, patient, eager to help and make an impact sharing his/her knowledge.
